The serious Covid-19 pandemic has raised our concern about personal safety and health. Early on, we got solid advice about physical distancing, hand washing, and wearing masks.
Then the vaccine arrived. Wisely, many have been vaccinated, even boosted. Great! Still, we’ve been cautioned about other activities from gathering with small groups and dining in public places to an abundance of travel precautions. Protections are still warranted, and yet…
Why this reminder of the past two years now?
We remind you because of what may have happened (or more importantly not happened) in that time. We want to offer you a note of encouragement to protect ALL areas of your health!
There are many reasons you may have postponed, forgotten, or simply neglected yourself (and health screenings) during this pandemic. Your focus may have been taking care of others, and you may have many other concerns and questions about your beautiful life.
Important points
Prevent overwhelm and confusion from so much sometimes confusing health and wellness news.
- Know your own body … slow down, trust yourself, and listen to your inklings, then share that with your trusted healthcare providers
- Know your family health history as thoroughly as possible and share that with your trusted healthcare providers
- Advocate for yourself and your health by making sure you are heard by your trusted healthcare providers
NOW is the time for you to…
What do you need to attend to? If you’ve missed ANY, please schedule ALL the all-important, routine health and screening exams you may have set aside during this time of Covid-19:
Mammogram? Check. Annual GYN appointment? Physical and blood work? Check. Check. Dental cleaning? Check.
If you have questions and don’t have all the resources you need to figure out what whole-life health and fitness might mean for you, we recommend you don’t go into that territory, on that journey, alone.
We help with that — so you can get all the right aspects in place for you.
Health is but one (a very important one) of the whole life arenas we help you attend to, for a life that’s truly fulfilled. not just too full and too busy. And a career not just about making money at the expense of time, relationships, health, and everything else important to you
Support makes a great deal of positive difference in whether or not you put that all in place for yourself successfully (and quickly).
