The Rivkin Center’s education program provides free health education workshops. Rivkin EDU campus ambassadors are the feet-on-the-ground Rivkin Center representatives at universities across the west coast, helping set up workshops, identify opportunities to reach more students, and so much more.

About Sanjana
Where are you from? I am from Aurora, Colorado!
Tell us a little about yourself: I am a first-year student at the University of Colorado Boulder and I am studying Biochemistry and Anthropology. I hope to one day attend medical school to become an OBGYN. My mission is to empower and educate women about their sexual and reproductive health.
What do you do for fun? I love to read, dance, travel, and spend time outdoors.
Where is your favorite place to travel? My favorite place to travel to is Goa, India. I love Goa’s seafood, culture, and nature. It’s a place that feels truly freeing.
How Sanjana got involved
How long have you been involved with the Rivkin Center? I have been with Rivkin EDU since the beginning of 2021!
What inspired you to get involved? One of my classes hosted a Rivkin EDU Party and I loved the friendly atmosphere and inspiring people who worked with the organization and I knew it was something I had to be a part of.
What is the most important thing you want attendees to learn at a Rivkin EDU party? I hope that every attendee feels more confident and comfortable talking about their health and discussing it with their family and friends. Removing fear around the conversation is crucial to being advocated for our health and Rivkin EDU Parties create the perfect place to do that.
