Teal Connections brings together ovarian cancer patients and survivors throughout the Puget Sound region to connect, share stories, and celebrate life!
Please mark your calendar for May 6 and join us for brunch, mimosas, and a panel discussion on survivorship!
A panel of survivors will dive deep into a discussion on survivorship and life after cancer – the good and the bad, support systems, approaches that helped them move through difficult phases, and the fun and fulfilling things they are doing now! We will be in the scenic Panoramic Room of the PacMed building in Seattle, with floor-to-ceiling views of Puget Sound, the Olympics, and the Cascades. We look forward to seeing you.
Genevieve Allaire-Stacey from Dr. Lori Brotto’s lab at the University of British Columbia, will give a survivorship research update. Dr. Brotto is one of the researchers currently funded by the Rivkin Center and Genevieve will tell us about their work developing a website to help ovarian cancer survivors improve their sexual health.
