Dr. Charles W. Drescher has dedicated his career to curing a disease that he will never get. Through his years of hard-earned education and long hours in clinical practice, and perseverance in the lab despite the myriad of barriers, he maintains a determination to conquer ovarian cancer while always mindful that he treats a person rather than a statistic. His passion inspires me to use my experience to advocate in research as a way to give back to the clinicians and researchers who dedicate their careers to saving our lives.
